I combine 13+ years of customer operations experience at MTN Irancell with freelance experience in revenue analytics, HR analytics, and Power BI reporting, supported by end-to-end data analytics and business intelligence projects.
Open to Data Analytics, BI and Customer Analytics roles in Germany. Relocation and visa sponsorship required.
Each project starts from a business question, not a dataset. The analysis follows wherever the question leads.
Business question: Which customer segments offer the biggest retention and revenue opportunities?
Solution: A SQL Server star-schema warehouse and Python ETL workflow, customer segmentation and retention analysis, and Power BI dashboards.
Result: An executive diagnostic report with retention scenarios, priorities and a 90-day action plan.
Business question: Which skills and regions are in demand for tech and data jobs in Germany?
Solution: A Python collection pipeline, PostgreSQL storage with retry handling, a regex skill-extraction engine and a Streamlit dashboard.
Result: 830+ unique job postings analyzed, covering 50 skills in eight categories.
Business question: How can market data be refreshed reliably without manual work?
Solution: Excel COM automation loads web market data into SQL Server, with change detection and historical records.
Result: Unattended runs through Windows Task Scheduler that feed Power BI reports.
Business question: How can telecom news become a regular market briefing?
Solution: An n8n workflow collects RSS news, and an LLM classifies it and writes structured summaries.
Result: Executive reports on market signals, competitor activity and risks, delivered by email.
Business question: Can an interpretable model match an AutoML baseline for credit-risk classification?
Solution: Logistic Regression and LightGBM, compared with class-imbalance strategies and stratified five-fold cross-validation.
Result: ROC-AUC within 0.009 of the AutoML model, with a more interpretable approach.

I start with the business problem, validate the data, investigate the root cause, and translate the findings into clear recommendations.
In my e-commerce analytics project, I connected customer segmentation and retention analysis to potential revenue opportunities, then turned the findings into prioritized actions and a 90-day plan.
My goal is not simply to explain what happened, but to help decision-makers understand why it happened and what they can do next.
Open to Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics and Business Analysis roles.
